Welcome to my little corner of the internet, my name is Rosie, an Irish girl who arrived in Sydney almost 9 years ago, a very different person to who I am now. With over 400 hours of yoga teacher training and experience teaching throughout Sydney, I love creating a safe space for students to explore, challenge and soften into the practice.

Completing 200 hour Embodied Breathwork Practitioner training with the Embodied Breathwork Academy, I offer sessions in person and online if you are ready to go on that journey.

I truely believe in the power of this work and the ripple effect it can have into the world, and it makes my heart sing that I get to share this with you.

A breathing practice that is conscious and connected through the nose, that supports nervous system regulation, emotional integration and embodied self awareness.

Embodied breathwork has been such a huge part of my journey, where I am today and how I show up in the world. 1-1 Session

For the individual who would like to just take things one session at a time. It last between 1.5 - 2 hours and involves intention setting and the breathing practice.

4 Pack

Four sessions spread out over two - three months, with sessions lasting between 1.5 - 2 hours. Involves intention setting and the breathing practice and check ins in-between sessions so you are supported as you move through this journey.
